Millie`s Bake House in Silver City

When I called to place our order, the wait time was right around 5 minutes before my call was picked up. When the young answered she was very polite and knowledgeable. I ordered the St. Judes special. One pizza was pepperoni and sausage, the other pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Both where supposed to be LIGHT sauce!! Niether one was! The garlic knots had a very wierd taste to them and the cinnamon twists had garlic on them.... so not happy with this order.

This is by far the worst experience I have had here. I placed my order online and the money was take out of my account. Then when I called someone answered told me they voided the order and mind u the money has already been taken out of my account and when I got to dominos everybody acted like nobody had answered any calls. Then the guy who helped me didn't know what was going on at all. And I come to find out at the end this is the general manager. WOW I couldn't believe it. I was a manager at del taco for a year since they opened and I made sure my customers were always helped and satisfied. This kid didn't care, didn't want to try and help me which is why I thought maybe he was just a new employee but I just can't believe management in this town anymore. I payed for my food twice tonight. Last time I eat at this place.

THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE MANAGER THAT SAYS SHE WAS TRAINED TO HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE AND DOES JUST THAT!!!! SHE HAS NO WORRIES IN SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER OR TRYING TO CORRECT THE ISSUES THAT WE HAD OR EVEN BOTHERED TO MEET HALF WAYS FOR A SOLUTION!!! SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NEVER TAKE MY SERVICE THERE AGAIN!!!

Pizza was good but you have to pay for the cheese packets and chilie packets.

Stopped in around 8:30pm and found one other customer dining in. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and two waters. Paid almost $19.00 and were told it would be 10-15 minutes. About 5 minutes later another couple ordered a pizza. After another 10-15 minutes their pizza was ready but no sandwiches for us. Another 5 minutes passed and our order was delivered to us but no water. Food was ok but much higher priced than s comparable sandwich at Subway. Service was poor. We probably should have called in the order from the car and had it delivered to us in the parking lot, except they would have added a delivery charge. Not a good 1st visit. Will probably be a while before we return.

Best pizza in town and the service is always top notch

The pizza is okay not the greatest but when you're hungry you'll eat it. The garlic knots are always burnt. The people are not really that friendly it's like they hate their job. They also will not do any special orders. We are dairy free and one time I asked no cheese on a pasta and I was told that could absolutely not be done when at other dominos it has not been a problem. We come to work here from out of town so we have to order in most of the time. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

The pizza here is great. But the last couple of times I ordered they were out of something I wanted. How do you run out of mushrooms or wings?? Thats why this location does not get the 5 star rating from me

Foods always good. The costumer service is wonderful. The delivery can be a while but the quality makes up for it.

I love their menu items. During Covid-19, they decided that my address which was deliverable for the last 5 years is now 400 feet out of their delivery range. Very disappointed. I decided to try carry out thru the drive thru but the gentleman that was giving me the order gave me one box at a time and would ask after every box, “ is that all your order?”. I tried to stay calm as I replied for the next 6 boxes. I can not trust that this individual is competent enough to follow the hygiene protocol for regular business let alone during covid- guidelines. He used to be a cashier at Walmart and it was torture going through his check out line. Please don’t have this gentleman frustrate an already tired, exhausted mom at the end of the day.

Amazing people and amazing food. Can not recommend this place enough not only to work for but to get great pizza from!

Excellent food and service and they were open on a Friday night with tables. Manager and others very friendly and helpful.

Awesome prices and amazing taste. Ordered here 2 weeks ago when attending our sons football game at WNMU and couldn’t wait to get back to enjoy more. Haven’t had Dominos in awhile but will definitely continue to eat here while in town for the games.

Was excited to try out the new place. The inside looks amazing. Can't say that I'll come back though. We saw one lady tossing pizza dough. She then she touched the screen of the register, then scratched her eye, and didn't wash her hands, before starting on the dough again . Never saw anyone wash their hands, and nobody was wearing gloves. Saw another guy rubbing his hands through his hair, then started putting cheese on the pizza. Again, without washing his hands and without gloves. These are standard food service rules, that are not being followed.

Liked the pizza but not as good as Las Cruces Dominos

Prices vary every time we go. Not highly trained. No receipt.it was in his pocket and returned signed charge to me as a receipt. Couldn't figure that out??? Pizxa was good as usual..

Ordered online to come to a phone call being told that the only delivery driver’s car was not working so they didn’t have delivery as an option. Any pizza place that delivers in a civilization always has multiple drivers working.

The pizza and wings were very fresh and the service was very speedy. The workers were nice as well

I love Dominos Pizza , but this location has bad service. Out of the last 5 orders I’ve made here, only 1 has been made properly or on time. Here’s to hoping things Improve!!

We went here and got a BBQ and a Alfredo sauce pizza. My husband only ate the BBQ and was fine I had the Alfredo sauce one and got super sick!!! I've never been sick before eating this pizza it wasn't the toppings cause we had the same on both, so thw workers must have handles the sauce inappropriately. We will never come to this dominos again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I pick up pizza at this location on a regular basis. Pizza is always done on time and the online tracker is accurate. Staff is very friendly and pizza is pretty much always fresh and well made.
